We recently stayed at a hotel and found it to be a pleasant experience overall. the location was central and convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the room itself was clean and spacious, with modern decor and a comfortable bed. We were impressed with the excellent service provided by the staff, who were attentive and always ready to assist. the breakfast was standard, with a range of options to choose from.

We did encounter some difficulties with communication, as not all staff members were fluent in English.

Had a great Christmas stay! Loved the cozy and comfortable rooms, and the prime location made it easy for us to explore the city. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi.

There were a few small downsides. We noticed that our room wasn't as clean as we would have liked it to be, and we had to request a kettle.

They were extremely welcoming and always ready to help with anything I needed. the room I stayed in was quite comfortable and had a beautiful view that I enjoyed every morning. the location was also perfect, with easy access to all the local attractions and shops.

One of the main problems was the language barrier.

Open to negotiation, helpful staff, good level of rooms, accommodating to requests.
